Scope of coaching

EZ Coaching provides professional life, family, teen, and business coaching with Eli Zians. Coaching is not licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or social work, and does not involve the diagnosis, treatment, or amelioration of mental health disorders. If you require medical or clinical mental health treatment, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

If you are in crisis

Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Coaching and this website are not crisis services.

Mandated reporting (Florida)

Eli Zians lives and works in Boca Raton, Florida. Florida law (FL Stat §39.201) requires every person in the state to report suspected child abuse, neglect, or abandonment to the Florida Department of Children and Families. Because Eli works one-on-one with minors, he will make such a report when the law requires it. Failure to report is a third-degree felony under §39.205. Reports can be made to the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-96-ABUSE (1-800-962-2873).

Coaching engagements

Coaching sessions are arranged directly with Eli and are covered by the agreement you make with him, not by these website terms.
