Privacy policy

Who we are

This website belongs to EZ Coaching, the coaching practice of Eli Zians in Boca Raton, Florida. Questions about this policy go to eli@ezcoaching.net or (516) 451-2123.

What the site collects

The site collects only what you type into its forms:

• ✓The contact form: your name, email address and message.
• ✓The newsletter form: your email address.

Both forms are processed by Formspree, a form service that passes each submission to Eli by email. The site has no user accounts.

What the site does not do

The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Two services see basic technical data (such as your IP address) when a page loads: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from attacks, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces.

How your information is used

A message you send is used to reply to you. An email address given to the newsletter form is used to send occasional articles, and every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Please keep form messages brief. The details of what you're working through are better discussed on the phone. EZ Coaching is a coaching practice, not a healthcare provider.

Your choices

Email eli@ezcoaching.net to ask what information Eli holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Teen coaching is arranged with a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
